Default Am I Overreacting here?

I am playing a 5/10 high low game. The blinds are 3 and 5. I am small blind and put a 5 dollar chip out. The new dealer quickly makes change, which not all dealers were doing. I tell her, "dont worry about change because I cant fold anything for 2 dollars in this table." This was true because I never folded from the small blind because no one would ever raise and at least 5 people would always call before it was to me. The dealer then says, "well I am glad you can count." I was like WTF. She was all bitchy pretty much all of her down. I decided to not tip this dealer. I always tip dealers and probably more than I should. This was the first time I decided to not tip a dealer before hand. Was I overreacting?

There is one dealer who I do not tip. She complains on a daily basis about how miserable her life is and how she cant wait to get off the clock and go home.

What was tone of the dealer. Are you sure it wasn't dry sarcasm/humor?

"well I am glad you can count."

I don't know what that means.
But if she's being bitchy you're not overreacting in not tipping.

Is she making change before dealing the cards? That drives me crazy.

If there's a rake I would deal then change your small blind while the
action is going on. If you need change it's there. Or I have change for rake.

She didnt make any jokes at all. One old dude kept hitting on her because he is old and he figured out that she was female. She just seemed like she was just trying to get it over with. That was the attitude I got from her. Like she was just trying to hurry. She never made any jokes or anything.

If she's being rude, don't tip her. It's a service position, the better you serve the customer (within reason obv.) the higher your tips will be.

Yet another "the dealer did something I didn't like...what should I do" threads. Same answer as always. If you think you should have done something, you probably should have.
