Why not try sedatives, or alcohol in case it makes you numb. There's also some new medicine for addicts, including poker addicts, so they will not feel like being an addict (antioxidant, called N-asetyylikysteiini in Finnish, from Jon Grant in Minnesota university, psychiatry). Biological Psychiatry paper comes to mind though I know nothing about it. One could think the tilt problem could be similar to some other problems (like violence or similar) and that there's some medicine for it that some professional person might know, or lead you to it, though it all costs money before you get it but it's for life, though it might not help. One other advice I can give and that is the fact that poker tilting gets less with experience, and that might be all that you need.
