Default Do you always 4bet AK preflop or do you flat call sometimes?

Assume villain is a "normal" 21/17 sort of guy that 3bets a fairly wide range, etc.

When you open EP and get raised by the button? When you open LP and get raised by the blinds?

Any thoughts on why you do what you do are welcome, and what things change your decisions.
