Default NL200- Flop Decision with AJ

NL200 6max.. effective stacks $200

Hero has been pretty active at table preflop. Villian is a decent TAG who can nit it up but also stacks off/calls off too light sometimes...

Iraise in cutoff with AJ of spades to 8.. he calls on button..

Flop is J 10 4 with 2 hearts.. i lead for $17 into a $19 pot.
He raises to $55.

I put his range on semibluff, KJ/QJ.J10,44, and air sometimes.

whats my plan? and what would be standard vs an unknown player?

call, reevaluate on safe/scary turn cards, and if the main draws miss, you can be pretty safe getting it in given your image and reads IMO.
