Need help Purchasing a video card for a slim desktop tower

I just bought a dell inspirion.

I have two monitors that I would like to use. My computer has open VGA and PCI x16 slots. are there any cards out there like that?

Just search for "low profile" video cards on newegg. PCIe x1 , x4, and x16 cards will fit in a PCIe x16 slot. I'm not sure what a VGA slot is if you're talking about a slot on the motherboard.
