Default ft of a $55 rebuy player tell.

what up guys?

I was at a FT if a 55 rebuy when this hand came up

Blinds 1500 3000 7 players left

I'm in the BB a 98o every one folds to the SB who has 8500
he sits there and counts his chips, then re stacks them then reaches for rasing chips before hesitating and only throws in 1500 to complete the a
SB.

He is a very striaght toward player very abc old timer type of player.
I check my option.
flop comes K 9 4
he hesitates avian b4 shoving the rest of his stack in
so what do you guys think about of his hesitation and how does this relate to him being an abc old timer type of player?????

I came to the cirrect conclusion at the table, i want your guys opion on rhis situation b4 giving my explnation

i would put the range preflop to K9 Q9 or J9
-after he pushes all in id say K9 if the board is suited
-if its a rainbow id say hes got you out kicked
