Default its not often i fold a set...

but i think it's the right play here

at the time of this hand i thought villain was a standard TAG but as i played more it turns out he was more of a LAG playing at 36/25 over 100 hands

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $182.75
BB: $205.70
UTG: $226.70
Hero (CO): $302.40
BTN: $400.80

Preflop: Hero is dealt 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 Players)
<font color="red">UTG raises to $7.00</font>, Hero calls $7.00, 3 folds

Flop: ($17) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">UTG bets $12.00</font>, Hero calls $12.00

Turn: ($41) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
UTG checks, Hero checks

River: ($41) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">UTG bets $28.00</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $70.00</font>, <font color="red">UTG raises all-in to $207.70</font>, Hero folds
Uncalled bet of $137.70 returned to UTG

Pot Size: $181.00 ($3 Rake)

if i bet the turn id have to go all the way but i think i got lucky by not betting it. thoughts?

You need to be more aggressive on all streets. If it ends up being a cooler, so be it.

Raise flop, too risky to slow play such a drawy board.

If you knew those LAG stats earlier obviously call river.
How quick did he shove?
