i was at the other end to the hleb one, looked a pen to me though. Fulham should also have had a penalty, some [censored] got tripped at one point. Our pen was blatant even though sanchez tried to say it wasn't afterwards. Yeah lehmann made a few decent saves but [censored] hell i half-expected him to [censored] it up as the backpass went back. Bendtner looked quite good when he came on but theo looked completely lost unfortunately

Fulham did not deserve the penalty. I am not convinced that Cesc even touched the player, and if he did, the commentators and the ref seemingly thought it was unintentional. Good non-call IMO. The first Hleb was a blatant PK. There were a few other incidents with him that were not penalties.

[censored] Sanchez, his team didn't deserve the win. Plan and simple. Bendtner did look good, I thought Theo was inconsistent.

[censored] man, game started at 4am for me. I went to a kegger last night and tried to stay up, but fell asleep, and woke up around 4:30. I DVR'ed the game, so at least I could re-watch it.

Todays game was the best, or at least most exciting I have seen up play in a long while. Last season we came second in the EPL won 2 cups and made the semis of the CL not only with injuries to Terry and Chech, but also with Abros pet up front and the invisible work shy kraut in midfield. Now we have cover for Terry and are not carrying and dead weight.

Be afraid, be very very afraid.

What do you (and other Chelsea fans) think of your chances at landing Alves? The Sevilla president has basically said he won't accept any reasonable offer, Mourinho has said they'll make an offer shortly. I hope Sevilla don't sell him, at least this year. Should be interesting.

Well we need quality in that position as it is our one area of mediocrity. Alves has stated publicaly that he wants to join Chelsea, I think your chairman is just positioning for maximum price. Once a player has said he wants to go, he normally does.
