Default 0.05/0.10 NLO Hand question

One limper and I complete in small blind with
4s3s4hTh

We all three have 100bb approximately. Flop, urn and river are:

As 5s 2h Jh Qs

I pot it all the way.
Is this the standard play, and if so why?
And if not. What is? And why?
Would the answer be different if the game was PLO? Why?

Show my how to think like a good O H/L-player.
Let's assume opponent is a loose passive players (as most are in this game and especially at these limits)

Standard. What makes you think you should play this any other way?

On the river I am thinking about a c/r ai because I think that I will either induce a low to bet or a high (with A,J,Q all out he should have something) to bet. Am I wrong and if so how? =)

At these limits best way to get value simply to pot every street like you have, but folding preflop should be your standard play here.

pot flop and turn, and given that sooo much is out there i might be even tempted to push the river!!!

No way on earth i fold pre-flop from the small blind, sure its not a great hand... but its good enough to complete!!

Definitely good enough to complete if you *know the BB isn't going to raise. The goal in NL on this level is to win a whole rack, not a few nickels.

I can't see to play it any other way. You can maybe check the nuts to set up a check raise on the flop but there isn't any guarantee you'll get action -- play isn't aggressive enough on this level. (But checking your made nut hand is useful even one level higher.) Check raising on any street is too subtle on this level. You probably won't get action back and you'll miss bet(s).
