He would have been 23 at the time. [/ QUOTE ] Who makes these idiotic rules. Intentionally killing someone should result in eternal deprivation of freedom for the offender. If sentencing requirements were put to a public vote we would have a lot less repeat offenders and hence a lot less murders.
