Default observed hands not being imported by Pokertracker

Hi ive had this problem before but i forgot how i fixed it. Anyone know why the observed hands on full tilt arent being imported by PT? Thanks

There is a checkbox on the FT import window (2nd tab I think) in PT that says "do not import observed hands" - does this solve your problem?

Do you have PT set to import from your main hand history folder rather than the folder for your username?

ahh fixed it! tyty. ya i had it importing from my username but just changed it to the main HH folder and its working now. thanks again
