Default PS $10 7pm MTT facing huge UTG raise

My M is getting low(about 5.5) and i have TT in the big blind. Villain in this hand is 6/3 over 30 hands. The only raise I've seen him make was 4xBB, also UTG, that won the blinds. We're 3 out of the money, if that impacts what you think he might be raising with.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t800 (9 handed) internettexasholdem.com

UTG+1 (t13558)
MP1 (t7770)
MP2 (t19415)
MP3 (t7899)
CO (t14203)
Button (t6335)
SB (t44503)
Hero (t10673)
UTG :#A500AF(villain)/ (t18275)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG :#A500AF(villain)/ raises to t6475, 7 folds, Hero ???

There's ~1850 in the pot before any action.

I really have no idea how to read this. Villain isn't raising much at all so this has to be a good hand, but what the heck do you make of the 8x raise for 1/3 of his stack? I can't imagine that's AA or KK, but what range do you give here to this raise?

And, does it matter? With my stack size is there any way this can be reasoned into a fold?

No, shove.

Probably 77-QQ, AJ/AQ+. 30 hands isn't too hot of a sample size, but obviously he's a reasonably tight player. Still, I think retarded raises take out AA/KK from peoples ranges most of the time.

No. i wouldn't fold this hand to an open-raise with 13BBs. If there was a UTG raise and a 3-bet from another tight player, then maybe...

If I noticed the short stack mucking for two orbits straight than MAYBE i can find a fold. The other 99% of the time I shove to ISO.

Normally it's an easy shove but since he's really tight as you mentioned (albeit anyone can be that tight over 30 hands just b/c they are card dead) then it's a bit closer but still a shove.
