Default What do we \"generally\" do here?

A hand I found in PT. Assume average 1/2 6max bad player that can call flop with a very wide range.

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is SB with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG calls, 2 folds, Hero raises, BB calls, UTG calls.

Flop: (6 SB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, BB calls, UTG calls.

Turn: (4.50 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)

Do we bet here? These are the kind of players that can call the flop with 33 as well as Ax and Kx. If it's checked around, what do you do when the river comes 6d?

I assume we continue betting on "safe" turn cards, like T, 4, even K?

definitely bet, he hasn't told you he is holding an A or a K yet and will call with a lot of worse hands than JJ.

Agreed. I tend to bet without a read. I hate checking here and giving the hand away for free to a dork. The tougher decision comes on the river if called one or two ways.

He? I assume you missed that there are two players to act behind me?

What if you are called by the middle player? Middle player folds and the last player calls? Now it comes down to knowing the player, but without much info I assume we check-fold?

If called by both we have an "easy" check-fold on the river?

doesn't make too much difference, they both have a pretty similar range.

I guess I'd bet, but I'm also not thrilled about having gotten called twice on that flop. And the turn card doesn't cheer me up any.

Definitely fire again. Most of the time, they'll let you know in no uncertain terms when you're beat...

PokerStars 0.50/1.00 Hold'em (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG raises, 1 fold, CO calls, Hero 3-bets, SB calls, 1 fold, UTG calls, CO calls.

Flop: (13 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, UTG checks, CO checks, Hero bets, SB raises, UTG 3-bets, CO folds, Hero folds, SB calls.

I think this was the easiest KK fold I've had in a long time...
