Default TPGK oop against loose btn

Villain runs at 48/8/2. He seemed randomly aggro and fairly dysfunctional overall as a player. His line is pretty strong but he seems like an idiot and I think he is capable of this with a random king which is what hes repping to me. Well that or a set but meh.

I probably play it like you did and now push the turn. 3-betting the flop is an option, esp being oop and him not even having 100bb. I wouldn't ever consider folding this anywhere. A stat that's great in situations like this (at least if you have a decent sample) is raise c-bet %. Against some players it's possible to get away here, but against most it's not.

Ime donks just love to take this line (min-raise flop, psb turn) with FDs and even pure crap. If you're calling the flop and the turn is a club you need to fold though.

Turn is a psb leaving him almost nothing so I guess putting him in is correct like I did.
