Tests: 143 = number of international matches played
699 wkts = number of wickets taken, obv, only five players have over 500 all-time
ave 25.49 = average number of runs conceded per wicket taken
best 8-71 = single best performance in a given innings, here meaning he took eight wickets whilst conceding 71 runs

The rest of the stuff was comparable stats for one day internationals and other games, which nobody really cares about.
