Eh, didn't live up to my hopes and dreams. To get it to work I had to manually spread the cheeks and my junk rode up all over the back of the seat. The ergonomics or whatever just didn't provide the assist, so I ended up awkwardly squatting while trying not to pee down the back of the toilet. Had a better view than normal though, right out the window, hopefully weirded out some neighbors who got a full-on view of my facial expressions. Nice for a change of pace but not nearly comfortable enough to do on a regular basis.
