My bad is not knowing what these numbers mean, I understand they are the most important percentages about someone's play derived from PokerTracker but I never used it so don't know exactly what type of player 70/2/0.7 is.

He plays 70% of his hands. Raises 2% of those and has an aggression factor of 0.7 (AF = bet+raise/call I think [not too sure so you may have to get someone to clarify that]). Basic translation- he is a big station who will call anything. He just sees that he has two pair. He doesn't care about what you have.
