Default Flop set of jacks, face push, three cards to a bway straight on board

Should we get it in here, or do we give him credit for the straight?

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $47.85
Hero (BB): $138.95
UTG: $55.25
CO: $51.80
BTN: $30.45

Preflop: Hero is dealt J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG raises to $1.75, 3 folds, Hero calls $1.25

Flop: ($3.75) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $2.50, Hero raises to $9.00, UTG raises all-in to $53.50, Hero?????

I wouldn't fold this for ~100 bb, at least not without some super read that the guy won't put it in without the nuts.

Re-raise preflop? My reasons:
You will get a better idea of his hand
If he is weak you will take it down preflop
Makes you the aggressor in the hand

If you had raised preflop and he calls/raise then you would have a lot more information about his hand strength on the flop

Agreed. I'll usually re-raise this, but I cold called this time to mix up my play.

I would be happy to get it in here.

I wouldn't be surprised if he's protecting his two pair or tp+draw.

Board: Qd Jh Ts
Dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 56.999% 55.83% 01.17% 22663 473.00 { JdJs }
Hand 1: 43.001% 41.84% 01.17% 16981 473.00 { QQ+, TT, AQs+, QTs+, JTs, AKo }

I included AQs but not AQo, because he might or might not actually do this with just TPTK. But as you can see, it's still a call against this range.

And it's still a call even if you take out the AQs, KK, AA, and QTs.
