I'd bet the turn, I think villain's most likely hand is a J. Make it $25. A push from villain would not make me happy though, but I think there's a great chance he just calls and then we can push the river.

EDITED: I initially said I'm getting stacked by a set, but against a passive player, I may fold if I feel strong enough I'm beat if he checkraise pushes turn.

Bet turn bet turn bet turn. Passive Villains are very capable of betting TP, and very incapable of folding them. Get the value your hand deserves.

If he is loose passive, why are you not betting the turn? I would even consider betting the river as well.

You assume he checks sets and two pair on the flop? Or threebets them if raised, as was the action?
