From my experience people lead on these kind of boards with top pair and they are betting to protect their hand from any draws. So, with this flop texture i would have just folded the flop. Also, i would have bet the turn and tried to get it all in on a blank river. As played, i think a fold is good here.

How bad is checking the turn? I thought I opt for some pot control. IMO, a Queen is the only bad card in the pack that could come since I'm guessing the villain would 3bet the flop with a draw.

Well, the turn check is only bad when the 3 outer Q comes on river and villain bombs it. Otherwise, you're inducing bet you want to see.

As far as villain, he's rr a folding pf here a ton. When he's doing the rare flat call, he's likely to have hand like QJs or QTs, or maybe smallish pair that hits set. So I'm ok with river fold.

When you've got just over a PSB left, it's probably not time for pot control. Bet the turn, and it's not results oriented.
