Coaches on 2+2 for mid stakes?

I decided to return to poker because of the unexpected amount of free time I have at the minute, but this time I have decided im not going to accept break-even at the tables

I am a small winner at NL100, also a winner at low-level SNG. My roll is about $3k.

Im looking for someone to coach me, maybe on a $xx per hour and/or + %' profit sharing type scheme.

Im pretty bright and I learn quite quickly I think I just need someone to show me some massive leaks in my game.

Any body out there feel like helping me out?
