Default Interesting Reg vs Reg Stars 200nl hand

I'm at work so apologies for not using posting the original history. BB is ZeKGB aka Double Eagle, button is one of the bigger donks I've played against at 1/2.

6 handed, effective stacks $350

Preflop:
I'm dealt JJ UTG and make it $8, button calls, BB calls.

Flop ($25):
JT9 rainbow
BB bets $20, I call, button folds

Turn ($65):
Some brick
BB bets $50, I call

River ($165):
BB bets $120, I tank and call

I didn't raise the flop because getting reraised this deep sucks imo and I think his strong lead is often a straight or a set.

Turn I call because I'm sometimes ahead and when I'm behind I have good implied odds to draw to a boat.

River is up for debate -- have to be good 1/3 times, and I think he plays 99 or TT exactly like this, as well as his flopped straights.

Edit: Right river was a 7

If I'm just flatting the flop like you did (which I like btw against Zek semi deep), I think it's gotta be with the intention of raising a brick turn. I mean, you're only behind two hands (assuming he never has Q8), and it's not like we're THAT deep.

pretty sure you still need to raise the flop and get it in. a raise doesn't look all that strong after he just donked into you.

as played i think i could fold the river.

edit: nvm i would call the river...did you just edit it twice? first i thought you said river was an 8.

Raise Flop

If calling flop, raise Turn

As played, call river.

I prefer a flop raise and getting it in, even this deep. If we are behind, least we have two streets to fill up.

You should raise that flop, there are way too many cards that you don't like to see on the turn (any 7, 8 Q or K) and that can kill the action.

If he pushes then call since there is only 2/3 hands that beat you but you have 30% equity against them and also some hands that you are WA (99,TT,JT).

Yeah I edited it twice -- made a mistake remembering the hand.

I'm having a hard time to come up with an alternative line here. I think it's good and I would occasionally fold river.

i think this is okay. i think that raising the flop can be definitely considered, i assume he will lead with 2p/sets. he's somewhat tight iirc though so meh.
