One thing to note is that condo fees can be pretty high. I was looking at some in D.C. and the fees range about $250-400 a month. By the way, I'm assuming condos are much cheaper in Thailand?

rent in bangkok. the rules a really bad for farangs and the market is very overheated. that and all the bad signs for the future(junta, prince, pulo, budget etc) this might be a really bad investment.

if i were to buy, it wouldnt be an investment. itd be for long term. one of the reasons i am considering buying is that i might not want to live in thailand all year long.
