This isn't to say I don't believe you have the best hand a decent amount, it's just that no worse hand calls a bet enough to be profitable and it's unlikely he has a hand he'll bluff the river with.

Not sure why you think this should be easier. Villain in calling station mode from the button could be overcards, underpair or monster, and your SPR was an awkward 10.

I think the flop bet was a little big into a drawless board, which would in turn keep the turn a little cheaper, but not that big a deal.

I think you need to bet the river, since a check is an invitation for button to try and steal the pot. Something like 800 should be enough to inhibit a reraise bluff.
