Changing to meet new business dynamics

James Hong is one of the co-founders from Hot or Not and a really bright guy that writes very interesting stuff. He had a great interview in Founders at Work, a book I've recommended here before.

Today I came across his recent blog post about changes that he made within Hot or Not to keep up with new trends and demands on web businesses. As usual James has written some very valuable stuff, and I think it's a must read for anyone interested in entrepreneurship or web businesses.
