Ironically, I'm watching Taylor's CR video and you're in it whaahhahahah. The irony is that Taylor is talking about how mid stakes players aren't deep thinking players and that you can "out think" yourself. This is absolutely true in the small stakes and this hand is evidence that there is definitely carry-over into the mid stakes.

what are you expecting him to call you with on the river that you can beat? If your even pondering he can fold the seven, he probably will fold 99-AA so why bother pushing here?

I think a 7 will call you most of the time, and you are probably much better off just calling his river bet.

I think it's pretty obvious that he turned his hand into a bluff hoping to fold out better trips and the naked 7.
