Full Bounties

Maybe this is discussed elsewhere (I've been away for many months). But now that I've returned to the poker scene, I see the increase in popularity of the full bounties tournaments. Everyone say, has half a buy-in bounty on their head.

I never did see such a game described in MoP, and while I have my theories on the optimum play here, I'd like to see some written input by others more familiar with it.
