Default 5/10 AA vs. TAG, Is this bad?

I'm playing 16/11.5/2.7 right now and Villan is a new player to the games and is 19/13/3.4 over 400 hands. This hand is my only real history w/ Villan and it happened 2 day ago...

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $5/$10 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $1,024.00
BB: $725.00
UTG: $3,047.75
MP: $1,850.00
CO: $614.50
Hero (BTN): $1,287.00

Preflop: Hero is dealt 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG folds, <font color="red">MP raises to $35.00</font>, CO folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $120.00</font>, 2 folds, MP calls $85.00

Flop: ($255) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
MP checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $210.00</font>, <font color="red">MP raises all-in to $1,730.00</font>, Hero calls all-in for $957.00
Uncalled bet of $563.00 returned to MP

Turn: ($2589) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players - 2 All-In)

River: ($2589) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players - 2 All-In)

Pot Size: $2,589.00 ($3 Rake)

MP had Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (two pair, Queens and Sevens) and LOST (-$1,287.00)
Hero had 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (three of a kind, Sevens) and WON (+$1,299.00)

Now, onto the hand in question...

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $5/$10 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $990.00
BB: $1,000.00
Hero (UTG): $2,030.00
MP: $1,102.00
CO: $1,623.00
BTN: $1,100.00

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (6 Players)
<font color="red">Hero raises to $35.00</font>, 2 folds, BTN calls $35.00, SB calls $30.00, BB calls $25.00

Flop: ($140) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 Players)
SB checks, BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $110.00</font>, <font color="red">BTN raises to $365.00</font>, 3 folds

I folded here. Maybe I'm just running bad but my thought process was he either has me crushed or a huge draw here so I'm dominated vs. his range. In my opinion he nearly never makes this raise here with a made hand that I beat. Thoughts?

I think a fold here is fine; his line looks pretty strong with both blinds in the pot. I think another option is to call planning to CRAI on a blank turn.

You're crushed here, folding is fine. His stack is such that the rest is probably going in on the turn, so making a decision to call here will leave you with a decision as to whether or not to call off another $700 in 30 seconds. You will be check folding any K/Q/club turn anyway, so save yourself the trouble and fold now.

You're only worried about 22 and QJs. I'd say it's pretty close here.
