Default 200NL - AQ again. Post-flop this time and confused

Maybe I should just fold AQ always. Actually, preflop here might not be too bad folding it...

UTG is 17/6, plays both 400&200, wtsd of 35%, agg. factor or less than 1. About 500 hands.

BB is 22/12, af 4, wtsd 24. But is very short so not really fussed about him.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 handed) internettexasholdem.com

UTG ($264.78)
MP ($148.90)
Hero ($203.35)
Button ($191.73)
SB ($212.70)
BB ($34.05)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $1.
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $6</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Hero calls $6, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, BB calls $4.

<font color="blue">UTG range from PAHUD stats seems very small. Can't really see the point in re-raising him here. </font>

Flop: ($19) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $5</font>, Hero calls $5, BB calls $5.

<font color="blue"> Not loving this flop. If I raise, he folds KK-TT and calls or re-raises AK. So just called </font>

Turn: ($34) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $14</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $55</font>, BB calls $32.05 (All-In), UTG calls $41.

<font color="blue"> Felt this card helped my hand. Now ahead of his most likely holding. And wanted to get the short-stack in aswell. </font>

River: ($176.05) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players, 1 all-in)</font>
UTG checks, Hero....

<font color="blue"> Effective remaining stacks are about $137. Didn't particularly like his call, but thought with such a high WTSD that he would likely call with a smaller 2-pair or AK so I pushed. </font>

Thoughts?

You played every street fine, now get some value on the river. Bet whatever you think he'll pay off.

River is definately for value now? Checking behind loses a lot of EV here right?

He is such a calling station that i think he will call a shove here with his AK.I would be very pissed if he flips over AQ:P:P

on second thought, I probably raise flop. But I am a hyper aggro monkey on the flop, and your reasons for calling are valid.
