Default 50NL Common spot with set when flush hits on the river

Here is a common spot we all end up in and I am always a little unsure of myself.

Villain is 17/7/1 over 45 hands and seemed pretty passive.

The question is obviously what is the play on the river. If I bet I am either shoving or putting out a teeny bet and calling a shove.

Comments on all streets appreciated as I am trying to work on getting more value with my big hands. I

Standard IMO
No point on betting here, since I dont think an ace would call. Just check and evaluate if he bets.

It looks like a weak played AQ/AJ. I really would like to see how others feel about this river. To be honest I have no clue.

I would've probably led out on the flop, but your play worked out fine.
Bet pot on turn.
River is probably c/c a small bet, c/f a shove. There is no way you can call a shove on that river after you bet it.

Shove the river. A flush draw is a tiny part of his range and I think you get looked up by AQ AJ and AK a ton.

I think you shove the river. Villain is unlikely to bet out with any hands you can beat, so c/c puts you to a tough decision. Put him to a decision on his AK-AJ hands and if he made the flush oh well.
