Default Intercasino Monthly Question

After discovering in a previous thread that the house edge of Texas Hold'em Bonus Poker is around 0.53% at it's optimal I'm thinking this could be played for the Intercasino monthly. Looking at the T&Cs, all table Poker games count towards the 25x bonus.

Anyone tried this?

The "house edge" is technically 2.04% because it is defined in terms of initial bet. The house edge per each unit wagered , rather than per initial bet is ~0.53%. This is what Wizard of Odds calls "Element of Risk."

Variance is quite large because of the many raises. To estimate range of return over the monthly bonus, you can enter the following game data in the calc at www.beatingbonuses.com/calc.htm
House Edge: 2.04%
Standard Deviation: 3.50
Final Bet: Initial Bet Ratio: 3.82

Even with a bet size of just $1, there is a significant risk of busting. But the expected return is quite high because of 0.53% average loss per unit wagered. One strategy is to start with Texas Hold'em, then switch games after a big win.

Just to add, something like Pai gow could be considered a better bonus clearing game although I'm not sure of how random the game is.

I do it on WAR with an autoclicker. Be very careful with hold'em, the HA assumes perfect play, which is very difficult to achieve unless you are a wiz with the odds. also, the min bet is $1 so with the raises you will get a heap of variance.

Pai gow has much lower variance but I think the HA ia a bit higher. Why don't you go with JOB?

For the reason that the variance is higher I suppose. To be honest though I'm not convinced the pai gow is random. Maybe winning situations but I don't think it's randomly dealing cards. Try it and tell me i'm paranoid!
