Re: Line check and river decision HU FTP 24K Guarantee
Because it's HU, stacks are shallow, and you don't need to raise a large amount to accomplish the same thing.
At the same time, you should be raising something like 85% of your hands here by risking little to win a large amount. Why risk more than you need to in order to win the same thing? Of course, now I'm noticing you were in BB here and it was probably dumb to raise at all and you probably should have just checked. The raise amount might be right here, but you're bloating a pot oop. |

Re: Line check and river decision HU FTP 24K Guarantee
So how much should we be rasing the pre flop?

Re: Line check and river decision HU FTP 24K Guarantee
i'd probably shove preflop this shallow if i hadn't seen him limp big hands before.
as played bet the flop for like 360 and fold to a shove. shut down if he flats unless you turn top pair as you did, so shove turn. |

Re: Line check and river decision HU FTP 24K Guarantee
So then how much should the cbet on the flop be? Pot would be 520,000.
