Default Stars tables fall apart every 20 hands

The last few days, everytime I get on a table at Pokerstars, they collapse and I find myself playing heads up after 15-50 hands. This has been consistent on all tables for the last few days.

Anyone else experiencing this?

YES!! This happened to me repeatedly when I tried to 4-table 25nL the other day. It made me nuts/annoyed because I am just fast enough to keep up with 4 mostly-full tables. But time and again I'd have 2 tables with 2-3 way action.

So I changed to 10 nL thinking-- ok maybe it was just a 25 nL thing. It happened there too.

So I logged off and played at the casino instead since Saturday. Ok well, it was a weak excuse to play at the casino- but I've had a bad run online lately and am a live player anyway.

What is going on with these table deaths? It seems like just one person sitting out triggers complete meltdown.

Is it possible there are a bunch of tournaments that people are leaving the ring games for? I don't pay attention to the tourney's so I don't know, but I've seen that happen every once in a while but I play full ring. Sometimes it works out pretty good because a lot of players don't adjust when they get down to 4 players. Last night didn't seem too bad for me, but I think Monday it happened quite a bit.

I've been having the same problem as of late. It's pretty annoying.

I've been bringing this up for a long time. If you mult-table 6max, a significant amount of time will be spent scouting new tables as games are constantly falling apart.

If I were attempting to be an online pro, I would play predominantly sit n gos. You know there's beginning, middle and end, and, that the game won't fall apart. If it does, it's better for you. Plus, IMO, more casual players play sngs than cash games. So, you run into fewer semi-pros.

I tend to have ADD and rarely find myself playing for long sessions. Sometimes it might be because of tournaments, but a lot of times I just get bored with you multi-tabling foos.

You need to be more entertaining and I might stick around more.

What will keep me at a table is if I get into a comfortable rhythm, and there are no super idiots playing. Unless those idiots are easily exploited.

I would make an earnest suggestion that unless you expect all your tables to full up with other multi-tablers, that you participate a bit. I know it is virtually impossible when you are playing so many tables, but if you can figure out a way, you may be surprised.

For most people poker is more than just maximizing their ROI. For me it is pure recreational. I don't play to make money, I play to improve my game, learn and have some fun. For someone like that, if I make a comment to engage the table and all I get back is blank chat, well that is not a terribly enjoyable overall environment. So I might as well log off and play solitaire.

It is one thing the live players have always known, keep the fish entertained. The online players may need to learn a bit of that as well.

I am sorry for breaking up so many games. I will try to win slower.

Have a nice day.
