Don't shove. Call or fold. I'm leaning towards fold since villain is kind of passive, there is really only one draw, and villain check raised an ace turn after we bet two streets which is pretty strong.

I also think calling is fine and then calling maybe up to half pot on the river and hope villains shows you Ax spades.

edit: Actually I think I like a call better than a fold, but I think folding is fine. He could easily have floated the flop oop with any ace. A 3x check raise and I fold but a min raise if often just a weak top pair/bluff.

I think folding is your best course of action. Who min raises the turn like this as a bluff? 1.7 AF is pretty low and i hate calling turn and folding river. I just fold and wait for better spots. BTW i also have stats like yours if not 27/22/3.5 and i don't find it nitty to fold here. Just solid IMO. But i guess see what others have to say.

1.7 AF on a 40 vpip is not that low, but I agree a fold is best here.

check/call, check/raise = monster from your regular donkey. I fold this easily.

Besides, I would absolutely hate to face a big river bet if you just call now.

You have 140 hands on villain, don't you have any idea what his check minraise means?

I've seen this line taken with complete crap like A9o, where villain thinks you have a J and thus his A is good. It's unbelievable what kind of crap people will check raise with, but it's read dependent. With 140 hands you should have some idea.
