Default starting hands

Most tables seem skewed I think .. earning potential, etc.

Does anyone know any tables strictly for heads up ... like an all in or fold scenario (tactics asided for the moment) .. from the two down cards?

Thanks

This just came up in another thread -

"Mathematics of Poker" has jam/fold tables for NLHE. Look up "Sage system." The Sit N' Go Power Tools program is useful as well.
