Default I can\'t play 10-10 or.....am I a spewtard?

This is live $160 buy-in. I've played with Villian before and he is a little weak/ stationish. My image is probably LAG. I had good run early and went to showdown with KK & QQ but have been opening a lot of pots lately. My last showdown was 9-7 (flopped straight) and last hand I folded AJ after I got repopped pre. Relevant stacks:
Hero -3700
Villian -3200

50/100 Level

Villian limps UTG, folds to hero in SB with TcTd, hero raises to 400, BB folds, UTG calls, pot 900
Flop: 3s 6c 8c
Hero bets 700. Villian leans back, hands on head, thinks 15 seconds and calls. pot 2300.

Turn: 9s

Hero?

What is villian's range?
Should I raise more pf given my position?
Fold pf?

Given that hes weak stationish, A10o+ A8s+, K10s+ Kjo+, Q10s+,J10s 22-88.

Should I raise more pf given my position?
Personally Id make it 500, but 4 wasnt terrible given we were pretty much definately getting it heads up.

Fold pf?
Lol.

As played shove the turn. I cant put him on JJ+ here, and after he calls the flop most of his hands are drawing hands or hands that he thinks are good, and hes probably coming along anyway.

Fold pre was a joke.

Hero bets 1100, Villian shoves for 2300-ish

Hero?
Snap call?

Betgo,

How often do you expect to be beat here? Set? 2 pair? As I analyze my play, I seem to be losing quite a bit playing 88-TT OOP (even JJ). Its not a very big sample size so I am trying to guess at whether this is variance or a leak. In general, is this the right line to begin with? How often would you raise from the SB against a single limper with those hands? Two or more? Or just complete and play for set value? Obviously tough to answer without specific reads, stacks, etc. but any general rules would be helpful. I really suck at this game and would like to suck less.

My first impression (with no other reads) is that he's possibly feigning weakness and flopped a set. Hands on head seems to be a bit overexaggerated. Just my initial reaction.

You are usually beat, but at this point you are pot committed. Sometimes villain has a smaller pair or whatever and sometimes you suck out. You can't fold and try to play with 1200 chips.
