Good spot to push?
Final table of a satellite. Only 1 seat pays. How bad is this?

Re: Good spot to push?
I don't think it's bad at all. I mean, if UTG has a clue he's pushing just about anything with his 5 BB stack. Button knows this, and he could very well be calling with the intention of folding to a push from one of you guys. I think you're well ahead of button's range, so I think a push is fine.

Re: Good spot to push?
button could be calling to induce more action. no shame in letting a big stack try and take out the shorty. though, no shame in trying to go for it in a single seat satellite
I like the push here from a pure aggression standpoint, but youre usually likely to be pissed off if you get called, and because he has you covered, he probably will call with the inflated odds |

Re: Good spot to push?
I'm not an expert when it comes to satellite strategy, but this looks ok for the reason's Dunkman mentioned.
