bottomset. God knows. It's like a 30 buyin downswing.

Tbh, I'm as interested in the coaching as in the stake. I need a mentor i think.

I dont have any graphs or anything but I figured I'd give it a shot.

I've never played online, but I've been a pretty consistent winner at the casino near my home playing in the nl100 game. I'm not sure how that equates to online play, but I've been tempted to deposit money for a while now. I only wish I'd gotten in before the legislation. Anyways, I'm pretty intelligent, and more than willing to be coached. PM me if any of this sounds good.

I am a winning roulette player. I started making small bets and worked my way up. My system is intricate and genius, to be honest. I become inebriated before arriving at the casino and only bet on one number at a time. The alcohol enhances something which I can only describe as a sixth sense. It guides me to feel out the right number. This is a proven method after around five sessions trying it. (For the statistically inclined, you can tell this is an ample sample.)

I'd like to play poker, and know I could win due to my sixth sense. However, due to the poor players one finds in the low stakes, the games are reduced to a crap-shoot which is impossible to beat. (You statistical people know what I'm talking about.) So, given my good sense and proven record, I'd like someone to stake me in the 1/2 at Commerce. It will be worth it for you.

These are my 2007 results on PT supported sites (another 100k or so cake hands are not included). I'm so tired of being bad at poker. Seriously. I'd love to get into some kind of stake/mentor type situation.

In June I had 5 sessions with a really well known coach, and my game changed a bit although my results were still terrible. Here's hands since 06/01/07

I spent August in Vegas and played live a lot. Here are those numbers. I run so bad and also suck.

Help me suck at poker less, please. ^_^

I don't know whether to be impressed or to cry seeing all lurkers come out from hiding making really long posts when it finally serves them, people claiming to have been lurking for 3 years and having like 200 posts, wtf.

Im interested in this... I have not played poker online at all pretty much... Just a couple $6.50 SnG's with $50 from a friend...

I play 1-2 NL (Straight Holdem and Choice), where I live, and am currently up ~8000... Even though I have not been playing long, I beleive I am a decent player, but am interested in becoming a much better player..

Thanks ^^

i would assume it doesnt finally serve them tho. i'd take a guy who has 3k posts over 200 posts anyday, even if the guy with 3k posts looks on paper to be a worse player.

tip: post loads in strat forums, ask for stake in 6 months

I'm really interested in the opportunity for a poker mentor/coach. While I certainly wouldn't turn a stake down, I care less about the opportunity to play on a stake than I do about the opportunity to become a better player.

These are the only hands I have since I just started over with a PostgreSQL database after coming back to FT from Stars about 5 weeks ago.

I tend to shoot for 500-1000 hands a day while 4-6 tabling, and I spend at least an hour or two a day watching cardrunners videos or whatever other reliable strategy I can get. The majority of the play above was at 200NL, wherein I only played four tables and about 500 hands a day, trying analyze the session afterward and make sure I wasn't making any serious mistakes.

I played well and ran well for a little while, then I couldn't make a hand and truthfully got straight outplayed to the tune of a few BIs to a couple good semi-lag players. I got it together, broke even for a few thousand more hands, then these last 3 sessions put the knife in my 200NL coffin, for now.

I had just withdrawn 2000 to pay for some summer expenses when this happened, so to play it safe and rebuild some confidence I went back to 100NL for now, until I have 30BI for 200NL again. I feel like I am a decent player and at ~18/14/3 probably don't have any humongously bad leaks, however I also feel like a plain ABC tag who isn't any better than most of SSNL. I am trying to fix that as best I can, but it's hard without someone who you know is a winner to help you with your game.

I have completely cutout all MTTs/Screwing around as of about four months ago and am really focused on trying to better myself as a player, conquering SSNL, and starting to forge a path to MSNL and the beginnings of HU cash.

Unfortunately I don't have any personal referneces as I've never met another 2+2er. This is exactly my problem, and I feel like having some sort of relationship with other poker players with whom I could discuss poker with would help my game dramatically. Anyhow, I live near the Bay area and if it meant that I'd be able to get a mentor/stake or whatever I'd certainly be happy to meet up with someone so you know I'm not a random internet guy trying to be stealin' your stakes. Like I said though, I'd be happy to have a mentor and get staked 1 dollar if they have to come together.

If that wasn't possible I'd certainly be more than happy to talk to someone on AIM/mIRC for a while to earn some street cred or whatever.

Oh, one credential I do have is that I AM A LIFETIME WINNER AT 25/50 HUNL.

Kidding aside, that was a while ago and my BR management is under control and I play on a 50BI roll these days without any impulse shots or loss chasing of any kind.

So anyway, thanks for any consideration and I'd be your homedog for life if you help me get past SSNL.
