Default HH of chip dumpers

Something just struck me that I need clarification for. If someone goes all the way to the river and folds in order to dump chips, how does the HH show his cards to be 3,2 offsuit? I always though when you fold, only the player himself will know what his hole cards are.

I play micro stakes on AP, so I requested HHs for the last week. I went through them until I found one where someone folded on the river. They did not show his cards. Please, no critique on my play here:

Oh, AP does not offer the option to show your cards when you are the last to fold, either.

Show me a hand history. The one that I posted was from a game I was on and I never saw what the player's cards were.

It was stated that these guys were chip dumping after the story broke. Whoever made the accusation said that the guy took one hand to the river betting/raising max, only to fold with 3,2 offsuit. I just want to know how they know what he had. I'd love to see a hand history.

I don't know the way the Absolute HH's work but I know that one of the hands posted shows the cheat (not sure which account) losing to his opponents 5 high. So he had at best 4 high in this hand.
