Is it impossible to be a winning player over the long run?
Im talking about VPIP, PFR%, TAF.
If you are able to play something like 50/15 and constantly win(no this is not me), then I dont see how it can be a bad strategy exactly.
What is the general recommendations for these stats for yourself?
Ex. like 20/10/2 or something?

Many years ago, on evenings when the big no limit hold'em game in Northern California wasn't available, I used to do this in the second biggest game....

Phil Ivey plays pot limit Omaha intending to play almost every flop.... One of Phil's training techniques is to play low limit and try to win every hand. He feels it teaches him how to bluff more effectively.

I always hear stuff like this about Jenn, and then I see her on the show, High Stakes Poker, where she seems to play scared/tight/weak. I guess its not the right crew.
