I feel like leading on the turn here would give you a much better idea of where you are at and would have been my play BUT as it was played I like a call. With 2nd 2 pair I highly doubt that he was on any type of straight draw and the worst I am thinking I will see is a set. With 8.5:1 pot odds on the river I think a call is the play, though I truly do expect to see a set here.
