20 SNG: Repugnantly passive villain now RRs me

I've been playing pretty aggro. This guy limped with AA and min bet with it on the river. He's terribly passive.

Hero (1050)
Villain (1940)
Blinds 20/40

Hero raises to 120 with A9o, Villain calls:

Flop: As 2c Ks

Hero bets 150, Villain pushes, Hero ?
