ft rakeback blows anyway. they charge you for depositing, for being in freerolls, for overlay, for buying garbage in their store, etc

[/ QUOTE ]

I don't believe items from their store are deducted from MGR. I've purchased a significant amount from them this month and have not seen a noticable hit to my MGR.

my affiliate said that there would be a deduction of 250 in mgr for a 25k purchase from the store, so depending on your purchases and your mgr you may not notice

How did you close your account? Send email to support? Did you give any reason? And maybe more importantly, how long did you wait before making the new account and did you use same email etc.?

[/ QUOTE ]

I sent an email to support. I used my generic close account email.

"Hi, this is account *****. I would like to request that you close my
**** account. For personal reasons, I have decided to play poker
for awhile on a different site. This is by no means reflects the
quality of your software, which is excellent. I would like to close my
**** account because I do not feel comfortable having my bank
account/neteller information on a site that I do not play anymore. I will be
uninstalling the software shortly. Thank you."

I made a new account (dont forget the sign up with an affiliate)as soon as I got confromation back from FullTilt that my account was closed. I did use a new email address. You actually have to. FT closes your account but they dont delete your record. I also used a new funding source just to be completely safe. Same name and address on new account.

Full Tilt is governed for Rake Back. It is something I like about it. They only allow 27% period. I play poker professionally myself and I too want the most. But in the end if some of the profit is not used to pull in more fish then 150% rake back wont help you beat world beaters. I am starting to see more and more of the high rake back sites games become tougher and tougher. I know that lower rake back is not a popular phrase here, but look at your records and see if you can see a correlation between high rake back and lower win percentage. Anyone else noticed this?
