Default Misplayed QQ leads to interesting spot

I know I should raise this flop and looking back I really don't know why I didn't. Then I got all scared and found myself in a tough spot not knowing where I was. Is river an easy call given pot odds? Its just I can't see us ever good here. When BB calls river, I thought he had J9 or a set.
Wow, havn't cocked a hand up like this in a while

any reads. i would raise this flop and probably stack off if there line wasn't too strong as there are tonnes of draws and top pairs on the flop that you beat.

you could try a limit poker trick on the turn and minraise, getting away cheap if you get shoved on by anyone, forcing the others to call 2 bets cold and hopefully buying you a free showdown

river is tough. getting nearly 5-1 i would probably call, but folding isn't bad. i think it is pretty much neutral EV.

Button is 38/13/2.7 over 120 and BB is 28/16/2.7 over 500 hands.
Really hate how I played this. I think getting it in on flop would prob be best, given they are both aggressive.

I think not raising the flop is a fairly serious mistake.

Gotta fold out SB, gotta get some information.

Definitely agree. Can't believe quite how badly I played this.
You have any argument with getting it in on flop if shoved on?

raise flop is a must. but you know that already.

any reads on the button?
i don't think you can overcall this river. if BB is any good he won't call this river with a lone jack i think.

Flop is an easy raise. Turn is an easy raise even as played. River is an easy call. BB probably has a jack and button probably has hearts.
