Re: $16turbo: Top two pair with 1 limper
[ QUOTE ]
I like preflop allin here. [/ QUOTE ] Pushing a big stack like this against the only player who can bust you probally isnt the best move. |

Re: $16turbo: Top two pair with 1 limper
Pushing allin preflop is probably the worst play possible.

Re: $16turbo: Top two pair with 1 limper
With wich hands do you think he will limp on the button?
Maybe AA/KK, small pair, suited connectors... but definetly not with AT+. There is allready 500 in the pot, about 1/7 of our stack. Depends on reads, but in most cases it's +EV push. |

Re: $16turbo: Top two pair with 1 limper
If the button is dumb enough to limp, he's dumb enough to call. You're in prime position, and you want to jeapordize that when you can easily take this away on most flops? That's not smart poker.

[/ QUOTE ] I don't know about that. Suppose the flop had missed you (which it does about 2/3 of the time), and he had made the t400 bet, are you still easily taking this pot? What about a non-all-in pre-flop raise? |

Re: $16turbo: Top two pair with 1 limper
A non-allin preflop raise is better than an allin one, although I still see no reason to raise. We bet a lot of flops and take down a lot of them, too. If we get raised, or if we get called, we shut down. Simple as that.
