Default Have Any State Courts Declared Poker A Game Of Skill At Trial?

you hear luck vs skill argument all the time but has skill ever won?

Yes, Missouri Supreme Court in a case Harris v. Missouri Gaming Commission 869 S.W. 2d 58. Wasn't even a big contest, court ruled that poker had some skill and was thus not an illegal lottery under the Missouri Constitution. However, blackjack received the same ruling.
