I went to the store to pick up some diet pepsi max, and apparently they didn't sell any? I'm not sure if IGA just sucks, or it's a canadian thing. I'm disappointed though

Nobody has mentioned DIet Coke with Splenda. Do they not sell this everywhere? My rankings go something along these lines:

Diet Coke w/ Splenda > Coke Zero > Diet Pepsi > Diet Coke

strangely I like any of them equally over ice, but out of the can, I cannot stand regular DC.

I rarely drink water, but if there's no soda / apple juice / orange juice / etc., water it is. I would drink nothing before I drink diet soda.

i used to feel this way, but i gave up regular soda a while back and with certain foods i still really like to drink soda. coke zero / cherry coke zero are really the only decent ones imo.

i have never been a big juice drinker. i like tea a lot but not usually with meals for whatever reason. i also drink a ton of water.

nt, the artificial sweetners are just kinda bad as long as you dont overdue it. but the high frutose corn syrup is terrible for you thats in all regular soft drinks and most juices you buy in the store. read the labels on everything you put in your body.
i try hard to never buy anything with the corn syrup in it. and thats hard to do.

i don't really eat hardly any sweets so cutting out the regular sodas may have more or less cut out the corn syrup for me. unfortunately i still eat waaaay too much salt & some trans fats as well.
