Default Meal Replacement Shakes

I am looking for some recommendations on meal replacement shakes. Stuff like Ensure, Boost, etc. I'm not really looking for low calorie per say, sometimes I even buy the +calorie versions. Just mainly looking for something that tastes decent for the price. Also I've only tried the canned stuff so far, nothing you need to mix up. Not sure what would be better overall, but I assume the mix is much cheaper.

Anyway, tried anything I should check out?

Is this training-related (i.e. weight gain), or are you literally just wanting a quick, um, meal replacement?

Well sometimes due to medical reasons I have to go on a liquid diet, so I'm more looking for a meal replacement I guess.

Slim Fast Optima shakes are awesome, just make sure you buy the chocolate ones.

I'm not sure if they really control hunger at all, but for 190 calories, they're a pretty good value.

Im not sure if it's exactly what you're looking for but I would try and find a weight-gainer powder mix. The rec. serving size is like 1000 calories so you could probably just make smaller portions and that should give you a decent macronutrient breakdown.

Muscle Milk tastes like liquid heaven, but it's pretty expensive.

What flavors do you guys prefer? It seems I can only really stomach strawberry, and most of the chocolate ones.
