so are you a student there now or not? i am assuming yes. in that case you will probably fail since you are not even smooth enough to get a hug from her, and it takes a little bit of maneuvering to stick it in a professor while you are a student.
so just give up is basically what i am saying. also what is up with the email you sent. "hey it was good to see you. boy how about those abstract expressionists, they sure were wacky! anyway great bumping into you." did you actually ask her to go somewhere or do anything, or did you just send her an email with no point? if so don't be surprised that she didn't respond, because you made it clear that you are (still) an awkward weirdo
