Good for Sheiky. He committed a crime, did his time, that should be it.

The guy's basically a citizen, for how long he's been here.

Besides, all you have to do to tilt him is sit down at the table and tell him your goal today is to tilt him. Keep reminding him of that and inside of five minutes his head asplodes. He has the emotional control of a four year old.

Apparently no one really knows, least of all DHS. Something to do with having a relationship with a girl under the age of 18 when he was 3 or so years older than her. Not pedophilia, but two young people in lust.

Cheers, Carl.

LOL

I don't care what anyone says, I was truly hoping he would get deported. It might be a waste of taxpayer money relative to other needs, but I dunno it seems worth it somehow

This whole thing was absurd to begin with. They decide they are going to try and deport the guy for a crime that he committed 12 years ago. A crime that was apparently so heinous that the Contra County office that prosecuted him couldn't remember or produce any details about the case to a judge b/c "they don't keep misdemeanor case files for more than 10 years." You would think that if the guy needed to be deported b/c he was some kind of threat that maybe someone would know what his case was about.

Not only that but the guy:

1. Has been living in the US since the age of 9.
2. Has been a legal permanent resident of the US since 1983.
3. Is married to a US citizen and has a 9 year old daughter.

What kind of morons does The Department of Homeland Security have working for them is what I want to know?
